Our course is approved by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) in the UK, meaning you’ll be eligible to apply for registration with them when you graduate – and start your career in nursing.

100% of our Nursing (Children) graduates were employed six months after completing their degree, with many getting job offers from their placement areas.

Teaching and modules

You'll start this course by looking at person-centred care and patient safety, and completing two hospital placements.

In Year 3, the focus is on adult nursing, including long-term health conditions and end-of-life care. Year 4 centres on child nursing and covers clinical assessment and skills, and complex care needs.

Placements continue throughout your course and by the end of Year 4, you’ll be ready to work as a registered nurse.
