You'll learn up-to-the-minute skills and knowledge as you study with us, and there's a major focus on practical, hands-on learning to get you set up for a career in human resources.

Graduation doesn’t need to be the end of your time with us, of course. You might decide to stay at ARU and study for a Masters such as our MA Human Resource Management or Master of Business Administration MBA. Take advantage of our Alumni Scholarship and get 20% off your fees.

Teaching and modules

Our first-year modules are designed to develop the knowledge you already have, and give you a broad understanding of the key concepts of business and organisational management.

You’ll complete your degree with your major project, where you’ll work as part of an interdisciplinary team to address a current, complex business issue.
