The world of business never stands still and our Business with Human Resource BSc (Hons) degree course is no different. You'll learn up-to-the-minute skills and knowledge as you study with us, and there's a major focus on practical, hands-on learning to get you set up for a career in human resources.
Graduation doesn’t need to be the end of your time with us, of course. You might decide to stay at ARU and study for a Masters such as our MA Human Resource Management or Master of Business Administration MBA. Take advantage of our Alumni Scholarship and get 20% off your fees.
Our first-year modules are designed to develop the knowledge you already have, and give you a broad understanding of the key concepts of business and organisational management.
From Year 2, you’ll turn your attention to the knowledge, skills and behaviours required of human resources professionals, and the importance of HR to business success. You’ll also continue to build your wider understanding of business.
You’ll complete your degree with your major project, where you’ll work as part of an interdisciplinary team to address a current, complex business issue.
